OWNER & PRESIDENT
As Owner, President and CEO of multiple companies Jim has has found much success. He serves on the Board of Directors for WRRES, RESCO, Envirogreen Solutions, Altoona Historical Society, EC Sculpture Tour, and at the LE Career Development Center. He also has volunteered for many organizations in the past including Township Fire Department, Chamber of Commerce - Breakfast in the Valley and the EC Sculpture Tour. Jim is also a lifetime member of the NRA.
DAVE GRAHAM

Dave has been working in management and sales for 19 years. He loves what he does and whether it be the process of completeing a customers project or seeing employees be successful at what they're doing, it brings great satisfaction every time. Dave believes strongly in showing up on time, paying attention, working hard, and ALWAYS keeping a positive attitude.

With 12 years of unparalled experience delivering exactly what his customers need, we are very proud to have Travis as part of our team! His ability to visualize solutions, develop game plans, and execute projects to completion have progressed him into one of our leaders in project management, customer service, and conflict resolution.
WADE KOCHENDOFER
Project Manager / Sales
With over 15 years in customer service Wade has a diverse background in problem solving and building business relationships. He enjoys the challenges that require a creative approach to being resolved. In his free-time he is an avid hunter and outdoors man. He currently resides in Eau Claire, is married and has two daughters.
